Job Title: Warehouse Associate FLSA: Non-exempt/ Hourly Position Type: Full time Department: Outbound Reports to: Outbound Lead  Core Focus Receiving pick tickets, pulling product, and completing warehouse tasks as assigned. Support shipping activities while keeping designated workspaces and aisles clean and organized. Job Description Role and Responsibilities

• Pull product from stock based on the following:
  • Location
  • Item number
  • Description
  • Quantity
  • Production Type
• Ensure proper system tracking of orders
• Scan picking/packing orders with handheld or PC
• Maintain high accuracy standards
• Communicate out of stock product to the replenishment team
• Orders need to be pulled and/or shipped efficiently and correctly to meet all shipment deadlines
• Inspect inventory for defects or damages and document any instances
• Properly prepares shipments, loads vehicles, and prepares necessary documentation for all shipments
• Be willing to cross-train within other departments
• Assist in maintaining clean inventory aisles and rack locations
• Assist in cycle counts of inventory when needed
• Ensure your assigned areas meet Boxercraft’s cleanliness and organizational standards
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed within building
• Expected to work well with team members and independently
• Provide input and suggestions for improvement for warehouse
• Do your part to ensure team meets all deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned or required

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity
• Maintain satisfactory attendance and warehouse safety in daily work habits
• Maintain individual order pulling productivity at company set standards
• Maintain shipping accuracy
• Ensure orders are pulled in an orderly fashion so the shippers can package orders correctly
• Follow through on all tasks and projects correctly and efficiently

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly walking, bending, standing, and turning for long periods of time
• Having a good sense of balance
• Having good eye-hand-foot coordination
• Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season
