Job Description

Patrick Accounting of Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time Videographer to join our amazing team! Do you have a passion for creating, crafting, and editing video? If you LOVE story telling and are passionate about connecting small businesses, we need to talk!

As the Videographer , you will produce video content for Patrick Accounting that aligns with our brand, mission, vision, values, and goals. As our visual storyteller, you'll be responsible for storyboarding, shooting footage, editing, managing creative assets, and maintaining all video equipment. You must be empathetic toward the pain points of clients and prospects alike. The ultimate goal of your efforts is to increase client retention, drive engagement, generate qualified leads, and improve website traffic.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

All required equipment is provided by Patrick Accounting. Depending on experience, you will receive a salary of $45,000-$60,000 .   • Portfolio or YouTube channel with professional videos is required.
  • 2+ years of experience with video production in a creative environment is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Film, Video Production, Graphic Design, Photography, or Journalism preferred.
  • Proficient with video editing software (Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Own the entire video production process! Shoot, edit, and upload all photos, videos, webinars, podcasts, and testimonials.
  • Work closely with the Content Manager to execute projects from concept through completion. Develop concepts for photo, video, and motion graphic projects that strengthen the brand, drive demand, and support marketing strategies.
  • Operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
  • Oversee all technical tasks related to the entire production process. (These duties include the transport, setup, operation of equipment, staging, and set preparation.)
  • Continuously upkeep and store all footage media. Keep copies of backups for future use and references. Assist in maintaining the video hosting platform and understanding best practices.
  • Assist with social media for community engagement and long-term content promotion.
  • Know the value of every person on our team and empower them to tell their stories to our audience.
