UKG Pro HCM Solution Senior Consultant

Work You'll Do:

• Implement UKG Pro HCM modules including People Center, Pay, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance with a lens toward architecting a solution for the client, considering the technology stack of the platform(s) and up and downstream systems.
• Work with top brands for healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries.
• Working in the full lifecycle of a UKG Pro HCM project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Technical Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare
• Working with the team in requirements gathering, workshops or facilitating client meetings on integrations, development, and conversion.
• Take responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effort.
• Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of related experience
• 4+ years of technical experience (integrations, conversion, development (including customizations and other technical needs) with some or all the UKG Pro HCM modules including People Center, Pay, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance and the underlying technology stack.
• 4+ years of experience working in the full lifecycle of a UKG Pro HCM project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
• 4+ years of experience in technical requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings.
• Ability to travel 10 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of external Consulting Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 6 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive-level audiences.
• 4+ years of experience in other HRIS Implementations
• 4 + years of experience with UKG technology stack
• 4+ years of HR, Payroll, Talent, and other related function, technical & processes that support the architecture

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
