This facility is the first and only freestanding cancer hospital in New Jersey, aimed at enhancing patient care through advanced technology and a collaborative environment.

As a **Registered Nurse** specializing in **Interventional Radiology**, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for helping patients during their most vulnerable moments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide primary nursing care and act as a scrub nurse within procedural rooms.
- Monitor patient recovery post-procedure, focusing on conscious sedation.
- Assist with PICC procedures (insertion to be performed by a Physician Assistant).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Float between the main campus and the Morris Cancer Center as needed.
- Utilize specialty equipment including EKOS +, A-line, and procedural wedge pressures.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in interventional radiology practices.

**Qualifications:**
- Active RN license in NJ or compact license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a stroke center with Level I or II experience required.
- Experience in emergency departments (ED) or intensive care units (ICU) preferred.
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
- Strong clinical skills with specialty equipment and a focus on procedural sedation management.

- Shift involves 4x10 hour workdays with potential on-call responsibilities (2-3 days per week).
