DESCRIPTION:

Job Description: Pharmacist

Location: Moab, UT 84532

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the State of Utah.
• Licensure to dispense controlled substances in the State of Utah.
• Ability to provide daily consultations with patients, families, clinical staff, and providers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and relevant pharmacy software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, financial and operational aspects of departmental functioning.

Preferred:

• Three (3) or more years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• APhA Immunization Certification.
• Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience.
