NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with an amazing organization in Far North Dallas as they are looking to hire a Senior Insurance Manager to join their Risk Team! This is an amazing opportunity that is mostly remote with occasional in-office requirements.

The successful applicant will have:

• 7+ years of experience with insurance coverage and resolving complex insurance issues
• Well versed in all LOB's - Workers Comp, General Liability, Professional Liability, Property, Auto - High Deductible
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and 3rd party vendors in an organized and systematic manner
• Support and assist the VP, Risk in implementing and managing the Insurance Programs
• Ability to analyze complex insurance issues and develop and execute appropriate policies, heavy contract review/language, procedures, and loss prevention strategies to mitigate the organization's exposure to risk
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Advanced Excel
