As the Social Specialist, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of today’s rapidly evolving social landscape. You will be responsible for actively telling and expanding upon the brand story while working with cross-functional teams to create content, build out editorial calendars, and drive customer engagement. A problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit Someone who is unafraid to try new things An industry expert who stays on top of current and future trends Driven leader who takes initiative and brings out the best in others to achieve remarkable results An excellent verbal and written communicator A visionary with the energy to build a brand As a team member, you will… Develop strategy for social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube Create, source, and plan timely content that engages current followers while reaching new target customers, including managing affiliate programs and influencers Work with marketing and content team to build out and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with brand voice and company initiatives that cultivates meaningful connections and communities on all channels Moderate all user-generated content and create opportunities for dialogue with customers across channels Track content performance to report, perform regular analysis to deliver against KPIs and make informed changes to strategy Stay ahead of the latest trends and tools to continue to evolve social strategy Qualifications and Experience 3-5 years of direct, hands-on social media experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field Demonstrated ability in amplifying brand voice, mission, and vision to drive growth through social media, specifically with Facebook is a MUST Demonstrated experience in managing influencer and affiliate programs Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus Working knowledge of CommentSold, liveselling, and video editing is a plus Must have writing samples If this description fits you, we would love for you to apply to join the ZENZII team.
