Vaco LA is working with a client in the Healthcare Nonprofit industry who is looking for a Patient Experience to help support all day to day Client/Customer operations. The Patient Experience manager's key responsibilities will include providing support to the client success team, enhancing patient and employee engagement through surveys, and ensuring clients have a positive experience. This opportunity is located in Hollywood and will be in the office at a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week. The salary range for this position is between $70k-$81k on a direct hire basis. This opportunity will require up to 30% travel to clinic locations across the United States. Job Specifications: Coordinate patient engagement and client experience Supervise and train internal staff for all patient engagement Build out patient and employee engagement surveys on a high volume scale Work with clinics and doctors for all patient engagement needs Travel to different clinics across the country to implement processes and procedures and help with patient/employee engagement Build and maintain online reputation Coordinate client-facing marketing material 5+ years of Patient Experience management experience required for the role Experience supervising and training a team Experience working in the healthcare or non-profit industry highly preferred Experience working with surveys, preferably in Survey Monkey Bachelor's Degree preferred Value and mission-driven Comfortability working in a Healthcare/Clinical setting and working with patients required for the role Comfortability with travel required for the role #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
