Job Summary Responsible for coordinating and directing all patient experience activities within the assigned system. Monitor and, as needed, negotiate matters related to patient satisfaction initiatives to ensure high client and customer satisfaction, account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals, and future business growth. Ensure personnel comply with client, government, corporate, and division policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Track financial incentives, penalties, and reporting tied to patient satisfaction performance for the unit Maintain and support client satisfaction at levels that ensure account retention Administer required client/customer surveys and respond in a timely and effective manner Monitor compliance, progression, and follow-up of patient satisfaction initiatives Assist in developing, customizing, and monitoring a department/unit patient satisfaction action plan Participate in hospital committees as necessary (e.g., Patient Satisfaction Committee, Nursing, Administration, HCAHPS Committee) Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (CMS, JCAHO) Promote and monitor patient satisfaction progress to improve regional performance Stay aware of patient satisfaction updates and industry conditions Work closely with on-site management to reach operational goals Participate in monthly conference calls with other Patient Experience Managers and operations management Participate in Patient Experience Department learning sessions and webinars Recognize employees when programs succeed Prepare and implement development and training plans for patient satisfaction success Compose patient satisfaction reports as needed and ensure standardization of departmental operations Qualifications and Requirements HS diploma/GED or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred 2-3 years in-servicing experience in customer service training Hospitality and healthcare experience preferred 3-4 years of experience in service-oriented operations Good coaching and on-the-job training skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task Proficient in Windows-based office software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Apply to Crothall today.
