Role Description

Were currently hiring a Paralegal who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a team-first mindset. If youre a natural problem-solver whos organized, dependable, and passionate about learning and growing in your legal career, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Supporting attorneys through every stage of legal matters, from case prep to filings and follow-up
• Managing case files, organizing documentation, and maintaining precise legal records
• Handling communications with clients, agencies, and other professionals
• Juggling multiple tasks and deadlines with grace and reliability
• Contributing to a friendly and collaborative team environment where your input is valued

What Were Looking For:

• Someone who is detail-oriented and thrives on staying organized
• A team player who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed
• A flexible and proactive problem-solver who doesnt mind rolling up their sleeves
• A clear and respectful communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Paralegal Certification or Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus
• Paralegal experience in litigation or land use preferred
