Oral Surgery Assistant

Join our state-of-the-art oral surgery center in Charlotte, NC , where patient care and teamwork are our top priorities. We’re seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Assistant to support our growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing chairside support to the oral surgeon and maintaining a sterile environment
• Preparing and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment, including 3D scanners and X-ray machines
• Documenting patient information and maintaining records in compliance with HIPAA
• Educating patients on post-operative care and answering their questions
• Collaborating with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and patient comfort

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience in an oral surgery center (required)
• DAANCE / AAMOS certification a plus
• A motivated team player who is teachable and open to feedback
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

Experience:

• Assisting with anesthesia
• Dental implants
• Extractions
• Complex oral surgical procedures

What We Offer:

• Full-time, immediate opening
• Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Weekly paychecks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
