We are seeking a talented Designer to join our New York team. This individual will bring a refined, distinct aesthetic that aligns with the Aflalo vision — luxury with intention, flattering and feminine, provocative yet elegant. You’ll play a central role in shaping our collections, from concept through to creation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop seasonal design concepts and sketch collections across ready-to-wear and denim
• Design thoughtful, elevated silhouettes that express the brand’s sensual, opulent, and modern point of view
• Collaborate with the Head of Design and product development team to bring ideas to life
• Research references from vintage, runway, art, and culture to inform and inspire
• Contribute to styling direction and creative planning for seasonal photoshoots
• Partner with technical design to ensure fit, construction, and finish meet Aflalo’s standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of design experience in luxury or directional contemporary fashion
• Strong portfolio with a clear, refined aesthetic and understanding of proportion and drape
• Experience designing across categories
• Deep knowledge of fabric, construction, and elevated detailing
• Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about building a brand with cultural relevance and lasting impact
