Job Summary:
Transdev is a leader in mobility, operating transportation systems across the U.S. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and preparing billable transit data for client invoices, requiring strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Data entry of Times and Odometer Reading.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks according to contractual and legal mandates
• Input and extract data from manifests to provide data to management and the client.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Required:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2 years Transportation related experience
• Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
• Experience in data analysis, preferably in transportation or service industries
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
• Minimum of one-year related work experience
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors
