As a Customer Service Representative you will serve as a key stakeholder and a vital asset to a dedicated team that is focused on providing the best possible care to the lives of our customers.

Job Description:
As a Customer Representative, you serve as the first touch point and go-to for both new and existing customers that are searching for insurance coverage. Your main duties will include, but not limited to the following:

  1. Demonstrate the understanding of what your clients unique insurance needs are by establishing excellent rapport with clients.
  2. Possess the ability to update and educate your customers on the various insurance options that will best fit their unique needs.
  3. Handle any/all necessary insurance policy related tasks, including, but not limited to collecting payments, identifying claim errors, update all necessary policy changes.
  4. Direct contribution to the success of the Agency by providing superb customer service to both new and existing clients.
  5. Ability to identify clients needs and elevate concerns to the appropriate department, when warranted.
  6. Always conduct yourself professionally with both internal and external stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills that will strive to communicate effectively and professionally with both internal team members and external customers. Individuals that are self-motivated and have the ability to problem solve efficiently and will work well both on a team and individually. Our ideal applicant would demonstrate the following skills:

  1. Preferably 3-5 years experience in customer service-related roles.
  2. Passionate about helping others by contributing to improving the lives of your customers.
  3. Ability to multitask simultaneously by prioritizing tasks effectively.
  4. Be willing and able to adapt to changes.
  5. State Insurance Licenses is a plus or must be willing to obtain required licensure.
