Job Title: Content Writer (Op-Eds)

The Role: We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to work closely with our CEO, ghostwriting content for op-eds and other PR-focused materials. With over a dozen brands in our portfolio, this role provides hands-on experience in creating thought leadership content across various industries. This position is perfect for a creative thinker with a curious mind and a passion for writing and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate directly with the CEO to understand his voice, ideas, and key messages.
· Research, write and edit high-quality content, including but not limited to op-eds for major publications, press releases, thought leadership articles, blog posts, and presentation scripts.
· Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business priorities and current trends.
· Conduct thorough research on industry trends, data, and relevant topics to support content creation.
· Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging, consistent marketing efforts, and amplification across marketing channels.
· Manage revisions efficiently based on stakeholder feedback to produce polished final drafts.
· Handle correspondence with press outlets and periodicals to pitch/submit final materials for consideration.
· Execute projects from concept through completion, ensuring high-quality standards and brand consistency.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of experience in content writing, ghostwriting, or journalism, preferably in a corporate or executive-level setting. Candidates with a strong portfolio may be considered even without this experience.
· Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and concise content in various formats (op-eds, blog posts, articles, etc.).
· Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
· Excellent communication, and storytelling skills, with a keen ear for voice and sharp attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a knack for translating complex ideas into compelling written content.
· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
· Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred — but with a strong enough portfolio, it is not required.
