Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and energetic Bartender to join our team for the opening of a brand-new restaurant launching Spring 2026 . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fresh concept from day one and help set the tone for exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong beverage knowledge, and thrives in fast-paced environments. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing high-quality drinks, and delivering outstanding customer service. Experience with Toast POS or Square is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant setting that may include fine dining, nightlife, banquets, and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service and elevate their experience
• Operate POS systems (Toast or Square) and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor guest intoxication levels and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Restock bar supplies and ingredients to support smooth daily operations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during high-volume shifts, banquets, or catering events
• Assist with food handling and service when needed
• Manage time effectively and maintain composure during busy service periods

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a bartender or in food and beverage service (restaurant, nightclub, banquet, or catering preferred)
• Familiarity with Toast POS or Square systems is a plus
• Experience in fine dining or high-volume environments preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper alcohol service practices
• Strong skills in customer service, cashiering, and basic math
• Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
• Background in beverage preparation or brewing is a plus
